Yes, we gladly accept custom and bulk orders.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM ORDER?

A custom order is one where you, the customer, will provide up to quality 5 personal pictures and we will put them on a tumbler. It can also be where you, the customer, asks for a certain picture/saying then what you see available in our shop, You will be responsible for providing the picture you want. (I.E. a picture of your favorite music artist.) PLEASE READ: All custom orders require a deposit of 1/2 the total order.

WHAT IS A BULK ORDER?

A bulk order consists of 5 or more items. Items can be mixed and matched For ex: 2 tumblers & 3 mugs. A discount is added to bulk orders of 10 or more. PLEASE READ: All bulk orders require a deposit of 1/2 the total order.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR BULK/CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING?

Standard time for normal order completion is 10 days due to all items are hand made. For custom/bulk orders the turn around time will depend on the amount of items and the complexity of the order. we will be sure to communicate the turn around time with you as well as give progress updates.

HOW DO I PLACE A BULK/CUSTOM ORDER?

The absolutely best way to place a custom or bulk order is to utilize the “Contact Us” page. Once we receive your email someone will reach out to you within 24-72 hours.
